Here are the details for Job Role.
It will be a end to end recruitment job and it is a Work from office Job (WFO).

Office timing: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM.
Working days: Monday - Saturday.(6 days working)

Qualification:•Graduate/Post Graduate.•
•(Experience can also apply)•
Skills: MS Excel.
Communication: (English, Hindi)

Job responsibilities will include:

 Sourcing candidates from other job portals
 Screening resumes
 Conducting telephonic and in-person in person interviews with candidates
 Taking strong follow-ups
 Prepare daily reports and tracker
 Following upon the interview process status
 Documentation of the candidates
 Performing reference and background checks
 Other work as allotted by the management Required

Candidate profile:

 Good verbal and written communication skills Excellent time management skills
 Strong work ethic
 Ability to work as apart of team
 Recruitment knowledge
 Good knowledge of job portals
 Proficient in Msword, excel Ando there basic computer skills.
