Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates via job portals and social media.
Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Manage job postings, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
Maintain recruitment records and reports.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Proven track record of successfully recruiting candidates.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel) and internet usage.
Willingness to learn and grow.
Must be interested in working as a recruiter only.
