End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT and BlueCollar roles within the manufacturing and engineering sectors.
• Sourcing Strategy: Execute strong sourcing strategies including Field Hiring, Campus Hiring, and Bulk Hiring drives to meet volume requirements.
• Government Schemes: Handle hiring and compliance under NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) and NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme).
• Stakeholder Management: Establish and preserve strong working relationships with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and with candidates to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Database Management: Maintain and update an organized database of active and passive candidates for future requirements.
• Target Achievement: Work effectively on a target basis to close positions within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
