Role Overview
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely closures, and delivering an excellent candidate experience. The ideal candidate should be proficient in sourcing through multiple hiring platforms and capable of handling both white-collar and blue-collar hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand manpower requirements by coordinating with hiring managers and department heads.
Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, Job Hai, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and evaluate candidate suitability.
Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.
Handle recruitment for corporate, technical, manufacturing, warehouse, operations, and support functions.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
Roll out offer letters, negotiate compensation within company guidelines, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS, and hiring reports with accuracy.
Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines while maintaining quality of hire.
Support employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and recruitment drives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
6 months to 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and recruitment tools.
Preferred Skills
Hands-on experience with Naukri, Indeed, Job Hai, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Prior recruitment experience in the manufacturing consultancy industry will be an added advantage.
Experience in bulk hiring, shop-floor hiring, blue-collar recruitment, or plant staffing is preferred.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics.
Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period will be preferred.
