HR Recruiter

Recruitment Strategy: o Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs. o Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and align recruitment efforts with business objectives. o Utilize various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract qualified candidates. 2. Candidate Sourcing and Selection: o Source candidates through online channels, job fairs, career events, and direct sourcing methods. o Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. o Assess candidate qualifications and make recommendations to hiring managers. 3. Employer Branding and Candidate Experience: o Enhance employer brand through effective communication of company culture, values, and career opportunities. o Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. o Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve recruitment practices and candidate satisfaction. 4. Onboarding and Integration: o Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. o Partner with HR and hiring managers to develop onboarding plans that support retention and engagement. 5. Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: o Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness. o Prepare and present recruitment reports and analytics to management. 6. Compliance and Documentation: o Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. o Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation. 7. Continuous Improvement: o Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. o Propose and implement initiatives to optimize recruitment processes and enhance efficiency.
