WE ARE HIRING – FEMALE HR RECRUITER..

AIS Security & Labour Sourcing is looking for a Female HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team at Sodepur (Arunachal).

Job Responsibilities:

• Recruit Security Guards through various online job portals and recruitment platforms.

• Post and manage Security Guard job advertisements on online job portals and newspapers.

• Review and screen applications received from job seekers.

• Conduct telephonic interviews with candidates and verify their eligibility criteria.

• Handle approximately 50 telephonic interviews per day.

• Explain the Security Guard job role, salary, duty hours, location and other job terms to eligible candidates.

• Follow up with selected candidates and coordinate their office joining.

• Conduct basic induction and training for newly joined candidates.

• Brief candidates about the company profile, rules, responsibilities and work process.

• Complete and maintain candidate documentation and recruitment records.

• Prepare and manage recruitment-related reports.

• Plan and calculate job advertisement and recruitment budgets.

• Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Candidate Requirements:

• Female candidates only preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident in speaking with candidates over the phone.

• Basic knowledge of recruitment and job portals.

• Ability to handle multiple candidates and recruitment activities efficiently.

• Basic computer knowledge is required.

• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 + Incentives
(Salary will be based on experience and performance)

Duty Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM.

Weekly Off:

Sunday – Fixed Off
