We are looking for a proactive and skilled HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for our company. The ideal candidate should be strong in sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, and closing profiles efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
Create job descriptions and post job openings on platforms like Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads for hiring decisions.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Conduct telephonic, video, and face-to-face interviews.
Build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Onboard new employees and manage documentation.
Ensure hiring is completed within deadlines.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment (Fresher with strong skills may apply).
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, job portals, and hiring strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good understanding of HR processes and documentation.
