Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The candidate should be capable of handling hiring for multiple departments, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other hiring channels.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Prepare offer letters and maintain recruitment documentation.

• Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities.

• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide daily/weekly hiring reports.

• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of recruitment and interview coordination.

• Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and recruitment trackers.

• Good organizational and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in recruitment/HR hiring.
