Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team in Ameerpet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, and onboarding of candidates for various sales and support roles. You will play a key role in building a strong workforce that drives the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

• Identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

• Schedule and conduct interviews ( face-to-face).

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new hires.

• Assist in employee engagement activities and HR operations as required.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent sourcing and networking ability.

• Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Proactive, organized, and target-oriented approach.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple roles.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

• Experience: 1–3 years in recruitment .

Compensation:

• Salary: 15000 to 20000

Work Schedule:

• Days: Monday to Saturday

• Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
