We are looking for a motivated and proactive HR Recruiter to join GetDirect, a fast-growing startup revolutionizing food & beverage ordering through direct restaurant connections.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across different functions while helping build a strong company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds
Manage candidate communication and follow-ups
Maintain recruitment database and hiring reports
Work closely with founders to understand hiring requirements
Help in onboarding new employees
Support HR operations and employee engagement activities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in recruitment / talent acquisition (0–3 years)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of hiring platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
Preferred:
Startup hiring experience
Knowledge of tech/startup ecosystem
Experience hiring for sales, marketing, operations, and business development roles
