Key Responsibilities
Sourcing Candidates: Use LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to find qualified candidates.
Screening & Interviews: Review resumes and conduct initial phone or video screening
interviews.
Job Posting: Craft and publish job descriptions on various portals.
Scheduling: Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Database Management: Maintain updated records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS/HRMS).
Onboarding Assistance: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: Any Graduate
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Tech Proficiency: Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and social media platforms.
