🎯 Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven recruitment consultant who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, client coordination, and candidate management. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for hiring, and the ability to manage multiple positions efficiently.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to joining)
Understand client requirements and job descriptions
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Schedule interviews and coordinate with clients
Maintain candidate database and follow-ups
Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
Achieve monthly hiring targets
📌 Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (BBA / MBA HR preferred)
0–3 years of experience in recruitment (Freshers can apply)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of job portals and MS Office
Target-oriented and self-motivated
