We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates as per organizational requirements.
Understand hiring requirements from department heads
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews
Schedule interviews with hiring managers
Coordinate the complete recruitment lifecycle
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Follow up with candidates for offer acceptance and joining
Support onboarding and documentation process
Meet hiring targets and timelines
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Executive
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Ability to assess candidate fit quickly and accurately
Good organizational and time-management skills
Basic knowledge of HR policies and recruitment compliance
1 to 4 years of relevant recruitment experience
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
Experience in bulk hiring or industry-specific recruitment
Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
