Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for various technical roles in engineering, construction, oil & gas, and IT domains, particularly for overseas placements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in Hiring Process:
- Support the recruitment team in sourcing and hiring candidates for various roles as per the company's or client's requirements.
2. Candidate Sourcing & Screening:
- Search for candidates using job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn. Review resumes and help with initial screening to shortlist suitable profiles.
3. Coordination & Follow-ups:
- Help create clear and accurate job descriptions.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and clients.
- Follow up for interview feedback and keep all parties updated.
4. Reporting & Learning:
• Maintain basic recruitment trackers and reports. Stay updated with general hiring practices and trends to improve efficiency.
