About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR/Recruitment Professional with 5+ years of intensive experience in Recruitment & Consultancy Business Development.

The role will primarily focus on two key areas:

1. Recruitment

• Source, screen and shortlist candidates for client requirements.

• Manage candidate pipelines and interview coordination.

• Ensure successful candidate joining and follow-ups.

2. Business Development

• Identify and approach new companies for recruitment requirements.

• Acquire new clients and establish long-term business relationships.

• Develop new client/company panels and generate regular hiring requirements.

• Handle client communication and understand their recruitment needs.

Compensation

💰 ₹2,000 per successful candidate joining
📈 Unlimited earning potential based on performance

Requirements

• 5+ years of strong experience in Recruitment / HR Consultancy

• Proven experience in client acquisition & business development

• Strong corporate communication and negotiation skills

• Existing company/client network will be an advantage

• Self-driven and capable of working independently
