Source and recruit candidates using various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, etc.)
Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews (telephonic, virtual, in-person) to assess skills, experience, and fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate databases and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Develop and post job descriptions and advertisements
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for management
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency)
Familiarity with ATS and resume databases
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Excellent organizational and time management skills
