Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Jagat Farm (Work from Office)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in building a career in recruitment and HR.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on requirements

Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds

Maintain candidate database and recruitment records

Regular follow-ups with candidates

Assist in onboarding and documentation process

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in BBA / MBA (HR or related field)

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of recruitment process is a plus

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on skills and performance)

Working Details:

Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Saturday: Work From Home

Location: Jagat Farm
