· Screening and selecting best matched Profiles and taking Telephonic Interview.
· Briefing Candidates regarding the Job Description, Company Profile and Career Perspective
· Taking References and building a long-term relationship with Candidates.
· Sending Letter of Job Opportunity, Interview Call Letter.
· Formatting Resumes and crosschecking the Quality before forwarding to Clients side.
· Coordination with Candidates & Clients, Scheduling Interview, Taking Feedback.
· Negotiation and Reference Check and providing final offer.
· Resume Mining and Database Management.
· Maintaining MIS to trace the bottleneck situations.
