The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while managing attendance and biometric systems, assisting in event coordination, and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

✔ End-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)

✔ Manage job postings on various platforms and conduct initial candidate screenings

✔ Maintain and update attendance records through biometric systems

✔ Assist in organizing HR events, engagement activities, and training programs

✔ Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs

✔ Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements

✔ Handle documentation and ensure a seamless onboarding process

✔ Stay updated with industry trends and best hiring practices
