Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding across IT or Non-IT domains.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, role expectations, and team dynamics.
Source and attract candidates through multiple channels including job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, headhunting, referrals, and databases.
Conduct screening calls to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on interviews with hiring managers.
Negotiate salary expectations and manage offer closures effectively.
Maintain accurate candidate pipelines, trackers, and recruitment dashboards.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future business requirements.
Stay updated on industry hiring trends and sourcing best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (IT or Non-IT profiles).
Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-Ray search, and sourcing strategies.
Strong ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Excel, and recruitment reporting.
Ability to work in a target-driven and dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a recruitment/staffing agency environment.
Knowledge of recruitment analytics, market mapping, and talent intelligence.
Exposure to hiring for diverse industries such as IT services, BFSI, FMCG, Manufacturing, and Startups.
