About the Opportunity

We are hiring an energetic and proactive HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations across multiple locations in Maharashtra. This role is ideal for HR professionals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment and have experience in recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and branch HR operations.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, and people management skills, along with the willingness to travel extensively to support HR activities across various locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and joining formalities.

• Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and attendance regularization.

• Coordinate payroll inputs by ensuring timely submission of attendance, leave, and employee data.

• Ensure implementation of HR policies, procedures, and statutory compliance.

• Resolve employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.

• Conduct regular visits to branch offices and operational locations across Maharashtra to monitor HR processes.

• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, personnel files, and MIS reports.

• Coordinate disciplinary actions, warning letters, performance documentation, and policy implementation.

• Support internal audits and statutory documentation related to HR compliance.

• Work closely with business heads and branch managers to ensure smooth HR operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be preferred.

• 24 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Executive.

• Experience handling HR operations across multiple locations is an added advantage.

• Good knowledge of recruitment, employee lifecycle management, attendance, payroll coordination, and labour law compliance.

• Hands-on experience with HRMS, MS Excel, and MS Office.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.

• Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra.
