Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized HR Operations Executive who can manage team coordination, performance analysis, hiring, and operational monitoring across sales, technical support, production, and marketing departments.
The role focuses on business performance tracking and issue resolution using CRM systems and internal reports.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Performance Monitoring
Analyze sales output vs leads provided using CRM.
Track monthly and yearly performance against targets.
Identify issues affecting sales productivity.
Coordinate with sales team to improve results.
2. Technical Support Ticket Monitoring
Monitor support tickets in CRM.
Ensure timely resolution of client issues.
Identify repeated technical problems and escalate them.
Track software service contracts and renewal timelines.
3. Production Output Monitoring
Monitor production or service output using CRM.
Compare monthly and yearly production performance.
Identify delays or inefficiencies and coordinate solutions.
4. Marketing Activity Coordination
Track performance of:
SEO activities
Facebook Ads
Google Ads
Monitor lead generation from marketing campaigns.
Ensure marketing tasks are updated regularly.
5. Hiring & Manpower Planning
Identify manpower shortages in departments.
Coordinate recruitment process:
Job posting
Screening
Interview scheduling
Maintain manpower planning records.
6. Replacement & Backup Planning
Prepare replacement plans for critical positions.
Ensure business continuity if any employee leaves.
7. Office Coordination & Issue Resolution
Resolve internal coordination issues between departments.
Handle operational issues affecting workflow.
Maintain smooth office operations.
8. Meetings & Business Planning
Schedule and organize:
Weekly performance meetings
Monthly target review meetings
Prepare meeting agendas and summaries.
Assist management in 6-month and 1-year business planning.
