Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding to exit)
Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases (HRMS)
Handle attendance, leave management, and regular updates
Coordinate payroll inputs and support salary processing
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
Assist in drafting HR letters (offer, appointment, experience, etc.)
Manage employee documentation and background verification
Handle exit formalities including full & final settlement
Address employee queries related to HR operations

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds
Schedule and manage interview processes with hiring managers
Follow up with candidates and provide timely updates
Manage offer roll-out and negotiation process
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
