As the HR Executive, you will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee records, PF & ESI compliance, payroll support, and general HR-admin tasks. You will also support the HR & Admin team in maintaining systems, employee engagement, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the HR department.
Handle monthly statutory compliance for Employees’ Provident Funds & Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (PF) and Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948 (ESI): including registration, filings, returns, reconciliations, employer & employee contributions. citehr.com+1
Maintain employee master data: PF/ESI numbers, joining/leaving details, salary changes, personal & bank info.
Support payroll processing: ensure PF/ESI deductions are correct, assist HR/Finance in salary sheet checks.

Administration & office support: general office HR-admin tasks such as attendance tracking, leave management, vendor coordination, refresher of HR policies.
Employee relations: respond to basic queries regarding PF/ESI, leaves, bonuses; assist in grievance handling and employee welfare initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR/HR-admin role with exposure to PF & ESI compliance.
Strong computer skills: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), preferably HR software/HRIS experience.
Good understanding of PF & ESI rules and labour legislation in India.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, detail-oriented with high level of accuracy.
