Key Responsibilities:
Crew Coordination:
Manage crew data, documents, and certificates.
Coordinate joining and relieving schedules of seafarers.
Assist in verification and validation of crew documents.
Communicate with candidates regarding course details, joining instructions, and documentation requirements.
Maintain and update the crew database and digital records.
Liaise with shipping companies for crew placement and vessel requirements.
Administrative & Back Office Tasks:
Handle routine office correspondence, emails, and follow-ups.
Maintain files, attendance, and employee or candidate records systematically.
Support daily office operations including stationery, logistics, and record management.
Assist with course coordination activities such as enrollment, fee records, and certificate processing.
Prepare reports, MIS data, and documentation for management review.
Coordinate with faculty and other departments to ensure smooth scheduling of training sessions.
Communication & Coordination:
Serve as a point of contact between management, staff, and candidates.
Provide prompt assistance to visitors, students, and clients.
Ensure professional communication through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
Follow up on pending documentation or payments with candidates or clients.
