The team works together across functions and service lines to build strategic solutions that support our strategy and employer value proposition (EVP). The team partners effectively with the business leaders, providing strategic talent advice to work in an integrated manner, leveraging solutions and best practices. The teams are responsible for enabling the business, driving the engagement of our people locally and bringing our strategy and EVP to life. The team includes workstreams like, Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Mobility, Compensation and benefit and enabling functions like HR systems, Operations, People Data Reporting and Analytics. They also leverage our global strength and scalability to drive HR-related technology, projects and processes that allow EY to deliver against the changing requirements to enable success. The core focus of the team is to ensure an exceptional EY experience lasts a lifetime. Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence End-to-end ownership of HRBP processes, including appraisal, promotions, talent management, and employee engagement. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence Partners and business leaders. Advanced Excel proficiency for MIS reporting, analytics, workforce planning, and operational tracking. Should carry the HR aura and should have presence of mind Ability to derive actionable insights from people pulse, floor pulse feedback and people analytics. Working knowledge of Power BI and Amber for dashboarding and talent insights would be helpful and added advantage. Strong PowerPoint and executive communication skills for leadership reporting. Proven ability to drive strategic people initiatives and location-level HR initiatives aligned to business priorities. Strong Communication skills. Local from Chennai is most preferred. No outsiders Ability to handle conflict management Analyzing and preparing Attrition and Manpower analysis Any kind of AI certification which can be implemented in HR work - additional only not mandatory Skills and attributes To qualify for the role you must have Qualification Master of Business Administration Experience HR Operations (4+ years) What we look for People with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements.
