About the Opportunity : Vision India Services Pvt Ltd (www.vispl.co.in ) invites aspiring HR professionals to join its Rural GCC as Management Trainees – Human Resources. This one-year programme combines structured learning, mentoring and hands-on assignments across the employee lifecycle.

Based in Basudevpur Chaputa, you will support HR services for businesses and workforces across locations, with opportunities to travel and work at client locations as required.

Key Responsibilities

Through planned rotations and supervised assignments, trainees will gain exposure to:

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Understand hiring requirements, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews and track hiring progress.

• Onboarding & Documentation: Support joining formalities, document verification, employee records and induction.

• HR Operations: Maintain employee data and coordinate attendance, leave, transfers and employee queries.

• Payroll & Statutory Compliance Support: Assist with payroll inputs, salary queries, PF/ESIC documentation and compliance records under guidance.

• Employee Engagement & Relations: Coordinate engagement activities, collect feedback and support grievance tracking and resolution.

• Performance & Learning: Assist with goal setting, review coordination, training calendars and learning records.

• HR Technology & Analytics: Use HRMS and recruitment platforms, prepare MIS reports and dashboards, and identify opportunities to improve processes.

• Client & Workforce Coordination: Support communication with client HR teams, employees and internal stakeholders, including assignments at client locations.

• Exit Management: Assist with exit documentation, clearances, feedback and full-and-final settlement coordination.

What You Will Learn : The programme will develop your ability to manage HR processes through functional rotations, practical assignments, regular feedback and performance reviews. You will learn to work accurately, meet timelines, communicate professionally and handle employee information confidentially.

Eligibility & Skills

• Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

• Interest in building a long-term career in Human Resources.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and working proficiency in English.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email.

• Attention to detail, willingness to learn and a service-oriented approach.

• Willingness to work from the Basudevpur Chaputa GCC in Hajipur, Bihar.

• Willingness to travel and work from client locations as and when required, based on business needs.

Performance Assessment : Performance will be assessed on learning progress, work quality and accuracy, timely completion of assignments, responsiveness to employees and stakeholders, teamwork and process improvements.

Career Progressio : On successful completion of the programme, trainees will be considered for suitable HR roles based on performance, demonstrated skills and business requirements.
