HR ऑपरेशन एग्जीक्यूटिव

Recruitment & Staffing: Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical (doctors, nurses, lab technicians) and non-clinical staff; coordinate with department heads to forecast staffing needs. 

Onboarding & Orientation: Conduct orientation and induction for new hires (including documentation, compliance, privacy training, facility policies).

Employee Relations & Policy Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies in line with labour laws and healthcare regulations; handle employee grievances, maintain staff records, and support employee retention programs.

Performance Management & Training: Implement performance appraisal cycles; identify training needs (e.g., compliance, patient care protocols, soft skills) and coordinate ongoing staff training.

Reporting & Metrics: Provide regular HR/Operations reports: headcount, attrition, staffing ratios, training hours, compliance status to senior management.

Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee vendor invoices, supplier payments, salaries disbursement, vendor reconciliation, and maintain accurate accounts ledger.

Operational Coordination: Work closely with clinical and administrative operations to ensure that services rendered are billed correctly; coordinate with operations team for resource utilization, procurement, service-charge computations.

Vendor & Supplier Management: Manage relationships with suppliers (medical equipment, consumables, utilities), ensure timely payments, negotiate payment terms, oversee vendor contracts.

Reporting & Dashboarding: Provide periodic reports: revenue, outstanding receivables, payables aging, operational expenses, KPIs to management for strategic decisions.
