Excellent knowledge of Time office management.
To be responsible for Payroll Management & Grievance
Handling.
To be responsible for Attendance, Leave management & Full &
Final Settlement of employees.
To be responsible for all Statutory Compliance of GSP Nutrition
Plant as per Acts.
To be responsible for Admin functions like Hygiene, Canteen,
Stationary, Pantry etc.
To ensure Contract Labour Act’s compliance (Manpower,
Monthly Bill & it’s Compliance) in Plant
Other duty assigned by Plant Head time to time.
