About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Client Acquisition Executive to join our The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, and building strong relationships with companies for recruitment and staffing services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients for recruitment and HR services.

• Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, and networking.

• Understand client hiring requirements and provide suitable recruitment solutions.

• Schedule meetings and maintain strong client relationships.

• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into business opportunities.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.

• Achieve monthly client acquisition and revenue targets.

• Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong confidence in client handling and business development.

• Experience in sales, recruitment sales, or client acquisition will be preferred.

• Ability to build professional relationships with HR managers and business owners.

• Good knowledge of LinkedIn and lead generation techniques.

Language Requirements:

• Hindi

• Fluent English Communication is mandatory.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 1 year experience in B2B sales/client acquisition/recruitment sales preferred.

• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow.
