We are looking for a HR Operation Executive to join our team at K.r. Mangalam Admin Office to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18000 - ₹23000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Records & Documentation
• Maintain employee files and records (joining forms, ID proof, documents)
• Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters and exit letters
• Update employee data in HRMS / Excel
• Ensure all HR documents are accurate and properly filed
2. Joining & Exit Process
• Manage employee on-boarding documentation, coordination, and system entry
• Handle resignation and exit formalities including clearances and final settlement support
• Maintain exit records and handover documentation
3. HR Operations Support
• Support day-to-day HR activities and internal coordination
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed
• Assist in disciplinary documentation when required
4. HR Reports & MIS
• Prepare simple HR reports (attendance, leave, headcount, attrition)
• Maintain trackers using Excel
• Share regular updates with HR Manager
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Any Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
