HR Operations Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Operations Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities, employee lifecycle processes, documentation, HRMS records, onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance-related tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential employee information.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
Manage end-to-end onboarding processes.
Collect and verify employee documents.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts.
Conduct employee induction and orientation.
Handle exit formalities, clearance, and full & final settlement coordination.
HR Documentation & Records
Maintain employee files and HR records.
Ensure accurate documentation and data management.
Update employee information in the HRMS/HRIS system.
Maintain confidentiality of employee data.
Attendance & Leave Management
Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
Resolve attendance and leave-related queries.
Generate attendance reports for payroll processing.
Payroll Support
Coordinate with the payroll team for monthly salary processing.
Share payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, incentives, and deductions.
Support PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory compliance activities.
Employee Relations
Address employee queries and concerns.
Support employee engagement initiatives.
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Maintain statutory records and documentation.
Prepare HR reports, MIS reports, and employee data reports.
