Handle employee grievances and conflicts
Support employee engagement activities
3. Payroll & Attendance
Manage attendance, leaves, and records
Coordinate payroll processing with finance team
4. Performance Management
Assist in setting KPIs and performance reviews
Track employee performance and provide feedback support
5. Training & Development
Identify training needs
Organize workshops and skill development programs
6. HR Policies & Compliance
Ensure company policies are followed
Maintain employee records and documentation
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
