Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles ensuring adherence to hiring timelines and processes.

Conduct regular surveys to track the quality of candidates.

Maintain and update recruitment trackers and dashboards.

2. Talent Management & Campus Programs

Execute recruitment plans for GETs, MTs, IITians, and Architects as per organizational needs.

Tap into new colleges and institutions to expand the talent pipeline.

Coordinate end-to-end processes of the GET/MT programs – including onboarding, training coordination, module presentations, assessments, and shuffle planning.

Identify training needs and coordinate a minimum of two trainings annually for trainees.

3. Employee Engagement & Event Management

Plan and execute employee engagement events including birthday celebrations with strong employee participation.

Organize and support company-wide events such as Diwali, Sports Day, Dahi Handi, and Kids Day.

Conduct post-event review sessions for major events to evaluate success and gather feedback for improvement.

Required Candidate profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Creative approach to employee engagement

• Understanding of HR tools and systems

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resource Management or related field

• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in Talent acquisition & HR related activities.
