Handling end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, coordination, and joining formalities
Managing employee onboarding process and maintaining employee documentation
Handling payroll processing and ensuring accuracy of attendance, leave, and salary inputs
Supporting statutory compliance activities related to PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, Factory Act compliance, and related documentation
Maintaining employee records, HR MIS, and HR-related reports
Addressing employee grievances and coordinating with departments for timely resolution
Organizing employee engagement activities, celebrations, welfare initiatives, and cultural programs
Assisting in Performance Management System (PMS) activities including appraisal coordination and documentation
Coordinating with employees and department heads for HR-related matters
Ensuring implementation of HR policies and maintaining discipline across the organization
Supporting HR audits and administrative activities as and when required
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate / Post Graduate with specialization in Human Resources Management or equivalent qualification
2 to 5 years of experience in HR Generalist role preferably in manufacturing industry
Good knowledge of recruitment, payroll process, labour compliance, and employee engagement activities
Familiarity with HRMS and MS Office applications
Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
Ability to handle employee concerns professionally and maintain confidentiality
Candidates from nearby Vasai / Kaman locations will be preferred
