Position: HR Officer

Location: Kalasiguda, Secunderabad, Telangana

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 3 years (with at least 2+ years in the current organization; currently holding Officer/Supervisor position)

Qualification: Any Graduate

Age: 26 – 33 years

Gender: Male

Job Description:

Generate ESIC IP numbers and ensure timely submission of ESI contributions.

Prepare and upload PF ECR files within statutory deadlines.

Assist in payroll processing, including salary calculations and statutory deductions.

Maintain employee records and administer employee benefits.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.

Support general administration activities and office coordination.

Prepare and maintain Performance Evaluation Reports (PER) and assist in annual appraisal processes.
