
•Key Responsibilities:•
- End-to-end HR operations
- Strong knowledge of Labour Laws – PF, ESIC, Compliance
- Payroll management of approx. 400 employees
- Handling Admin, Purchase & Premises Maintenance.
- Managing HR operations for 6–8 branches (Ahmedabad & outside Ahmedabad).
- Employee retention & engagement activities.
- Coordination with management and branch teams
•Required Skills:•
- Hands-on HR,IR & Admin experience.
- Good communication & coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multi-location workforce
