Job Description

Bikanervala Foods Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the position of HR Trainee / HR Officer (Time Office & Payroll) for its Corporate Office in New Delhi. The company is looking for passionate, dedicated, and detail-oriented candidates who can support daily HR operations, attendance management, payroll coordination, and employee data handling. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing attendance and time office activities, assisting in payroll processing, maintaining employee records and documentation, and coordinating with different departments for smooth HR operations. Candidates should possess basic knowledge of payroll and attendance systems along with good communication, organizational, and computer skills, especially in MS Office. Graduates are eligible to apply, while an MBA or specialization in HR will be preferred. Candidates with minimum 6 months of experience in HR operations and experienced candidates can apply for this opportunity.
