About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Placement & Career Success Officer to connect learners with employment opportunities and build strong relationships with employers and recruitment partners.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR, Placement, Career Services, or Corporate Relations and excellent communication and networking skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with HR professionals, recruitment agencies, staffing firms, and corporate employers.
- Identify and source job opportunities aligned with learner programs.
- Build a network of hiring partners for internships and permanent positions.
- Coordinate campus drives, webinars, recruitment events, and employer engagements.
- Match learner profiles with suitable job opportunities.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate the complete interview process.
- Track interview outcomes and placement records.
- Follow up with employers and candidates until the hiring process is completed.
- Conduct career counselling and guide learners on job-search strategies.
- Review and improve resumes and LinkedIn profiles.
- Conduct mock interviews and interview-preparation sessions.
- Maintain regular communication with learners and track placement readiness.
- Maintain employer, vacancy, interview, and placement databases.
- Prepare weekly and monthly placement reports.
- Monitor placement statistics, interview ratios, and hiring trends.
- Coordinate with trainers and the Admissions Team.
- Collect placement success stories and learner testimonials.
