HR Manager – Job Description
Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to joining) for all roles
Plan and execute bulk hiring (nurses, RMOs, sales, reception, etc.)
Handle job postings, screening, interviews & offer rollout
Ensure daily hiring targets and joining numbers are met
Manage employee onboarding & induction process
Maintain employee records, attendance & documentation
Coordinate for salary processing & basic payroll inputs
Handle employee queries, grievances & retention issues
Drive HR policies, discipline & compliance in hospital
Track and report daily/weekly hiring & HR metrics
Support training coordination and performance tracking
Ensure proper exit process & feedback collection
