Job Description:

Wellprint Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with a strong background in manufacturing operations to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance, and employee engagement.

• Handle statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and Labour Laws.

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals.

• Manage performance management systems and conduct appraisals.

• Oversee disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and employee relations.

• Coordinate with management for manpower planning and organizational development.

• Ensure compliance with all HR policies and government regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing industry.

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and statutory compliance.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR Management or related field.

Compensation:

• Salary up to ₹40,000 per month, based on experience and interview performance.
