🔑 Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding for retail staff

Design and execute training & development programs to enhance productivity

Oversee payroll, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance

Implement and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and labor law compliance

Drive employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and retention

Manage performance appraisals, reviews, and disciplinary processes

Act as a strategic HR partner to management for workforce planning

🎯 Candidate Profile

Minimum 10 years of HR experience (Retail industry experience preferred)

Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location retail environment

Sound knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, and compliance requirements

Result-oriented with a hands-on approach to HR operations
