About the Role

​At Uttardhan, we believe that our people are our greatest brand ambassadors. We are looking for a dynamic HR Marketing Specialist who understands the intersection of Human Resources and Brand Identity. This is not a traditional HR role; you will be responsible for "marketing" our workspace and culture to attract the best creative and strategic minds in the PR and advertising industry.

​Key Responsibilities

• ​Employer Branding: Develop and execute strategies to position Uttardhan as a top employer of choice within the PR and Advertising industry.

• ​Talent Acquisition: Source and recruit high-caliber candidates for creative, account management, and PR roles.

• ​Content Creation: Create engaging recruitment campaigns, social media posts, and "Life at Uttardhan" content to showcase our culture.

• ​Internal Communication: Manage internal PR to ensure high employee engagement and alignment with our core values.

• ​Strategy: Work closely with Aarushi Sundriyal to align hiring goals with the company’s long-term growth and PR objectives.

​Candidate Requirements

• ​Education: MBA in HR, Marketing, or a degree in Mass Communication/PR.

• ​Experience: 1–3 years in HR, Recruitment, or Marketing (Experience in an agency setting is a major plus).

• ​Skills: Exceptional communication skills, creative writing, and a strong understanding of LinkedIn/Naukri recruitment tools.

• ​Mindset: A proactive "people person" who understands how to build relationships and sell a vision.
