• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Labour Laws, etc.).
• Maintain statutory registers, employee records, and HR documentation.
• Liaise with auditors, consultants, and government authorities for compliance-related matters.
• Handle recruitment and selection across staff and worker levels.
• Conduct interviews and manage offer, joining, and onboarding formalities.
• Execute induction programs for new hires.
• Support performance management and appraisal processes.
• Maintain and update employee performance records.
• Foster positive employee relations and manage grievance handling.
• Plan and implement employee engagement and welfare activities.
• Monitor discipline and ensure adherence to company policies on the shop floor.
• Oversee HR administration, time office, uniforms, and housekeeping.
• Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports and support audits.
