We are looking to hire an experienced Female HR Manager with a minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience.
Compensation: ₹20,000- 30,000 per month
Key Responsibilities & Expertise Required:
* Employee Onboarding and Offboarding
* Payroll Processing and Salary Administration
* Handling Statutory and Regulatory Compliances
* Maintaining Employee Records and Personnel Files
* Managing Employee Advances and Loan Accounts
* Handling Employee Grievances and Staff Relations
* Strong knowledge of Labour Laws and HR Policies
* Ensuring HR documentation and processes are up to date and compliant
