Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Master’s degree (MBA, Master in HRM, or Labor Laws) is highly preferred and often required.
Professional Certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) strongly preferred.
Work Experience:
Minimum 8–15 years of experience in HR, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and compensation.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to connect with staff at all levels, from employees to the CEO.
Legal Compliance: In-depth knowledge of employment laws and labour regulations.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to align HR initiatives with company goals.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and data analysis tools.
Ethical Judgment: High level of integrity, empathy, and ability to handle confidential information.
Problem-Solving: Strong conflict resolution skills.
