Job Description

SHREE RK SOLUTIONS is looking for a dedicated and professional HR Executive who can manage recruitment, employee coordination, and daily HR operations efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle employee recruitment and interview scheduling

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates

• Coordinate joining and onboarding process

• Maintain employee records and attendance

• Manage staff communication and support

• Assist in payroll and HR documentation

• Ensure discipline and office policies are followed

• Support team management and performance tracking

• Coordinate with management for hiring requirements

Required Skills

• Good communication skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)

• Leadership and team coordination ability

• Positive attitude and professional behavior

• Problem-solving and multitasking skills

Qualification

• Graduate / MBA / HR related qualification preferred

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
