# Job Summary

Sai Raj Group Builders and Developers is looking for a skilled and experienced HR Executive / HR Manager to handle overall HR operations and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment abilities, employee management skills, and knowledge of HR processes and compliance.

# Key Responsibilities

* Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process

* Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation

* Coordinate payroll-related activities with accounts team

* Maintain HR policies, employee files, and compliance records

* Handle employee relations and grievance management

* Conduct employee engagement and performance review activities

* Coordinate with management for hiring and manpower planning

* Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations

# Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field

* Minimum 4–5 years of HR experience

* Experience in Real Estate or Construction industry preferred

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and compliance

* Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation
