Job Title: HR Manager – Recruitment

Location: [Ecotech-6, GreaterNoida]

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 (Depending on experience)

Experience: 4–5 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager – Recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring processes in a manufacturing setup. The candidate will be responsible for bulk hiring, technical recruitment, and workforce planning to meet plant and corporate staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)

• Manage bulk hiring for plant, production, and shop-floor roles

• Recruit for technical roles (Engineers, Supervisors, Operators, etc.)

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies

• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning

• Use job portals, consultants, and internal databases for sourcing

• Conduct interviews and shortlist candidates

• Maintain recruitment MIS and reports

• Ensure timely closures of open positions

• Build talent pipeline for future hiring needs

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in manufacturing recruitment

• Strong knowledge of technical and non-technical hiring

• Experience in bulk hiring / blue-collar recruitment

• Familiar with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc.

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant field

• Experience in plant/industrial hiring

• Knowledge of labor laws is a plus
