HR Manager

An HR Manager oversees all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training, and strategic HR planning to support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and skills mapping to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.

• Employee Relations: Address grievances, mediate conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment while fostering engagement and retention.

• Performance Management: Conduct performance evaluations, implement development plans, and support leadership development initiatives.

• Compensation and Benefits: Manage payroll, benefits administration, and compensation strategies to ensure competitiveness and cost efficiency.

• Compliance & Administration: Ensure adherence to labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies; maintain HR documentation and records.

• Training and Development: Organize workshops, training programs, and professional development initiatives to enhance employee skills and organizational culture.

• Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with executives to align HR strategies with business objectives, including workforce planning and organizational development.

• Digital Transformation & Analytics: Utilize HR technologies, data analytics, and AI tools to optimize HR processes and decision-making.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees, management, and external partners.

• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities for conflict resolution and strategic HR planning.

• Organizational and analytical skills to manage multiple HR functions and interpret workforce data.

• Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and ethical standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degrees or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are advantageous.

• Experience: Typically 8+ years in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HR software, payroll systems, and digital HR platforms.

Work Environment

• Office-based with occasional travel for recruitment, training, or company events.

• Reports to CEO or senior management and may manage a team of HR professionals.
